Mission Pie

I wasn't huge fan of pies in general, till i found this place...Mission Pie!　I am so addicted to　their delicious pies and now I have to go there every weekend!
もともとパイはそれほど好きな訳ではなかったのですが、最近MISSION PIEのパイに出会ってからは、パイ中毒で毎週末食べに行ってしまいます。


They serve more than 10 different kinds pies every day, from the desert pies to the savory kind pies.
MISSION PIEでは毎日１０種類以上のパイが用意されています。デザートパイからおかず系のパイまで。




They also serve the scones and muffins fresh out of oven.Today's special was tomato galette.
焼きたてのスコーンとマフィンもあります。今日のスペシャルメニューはトマト味のガレットでした。


It is hard to just pick one, but I always ends up getting the mixed berry pie with
whip cream. They are not too sweet nor too sour, just perfect!

１種類を選ぶのはむずかしい。。のですが、いつも必ずミックスベリーパイにホイップクリームを添えたものを頼んでしまいます。甘すぎず、酸っぱすぎず。完璧なパイです。

Dad and Daughter in SOU・SOU shoes!

Today's customers are Ryan and his daughter(surprise!)Jay.
Ryan picked up the slip on tabi with the persimmon color denim and Jay chose the blue flower and dots pattern tabi, which is perfect for summer.
I wish my dad looks this stylish!

Short Boots, different style

Once again, we are showing how the short tabi boots can be worn with different styles.
Lindsay, in the above picture, is wearing the black short tabi boots with short shorts and she looks very cute!

In the second picture, Aimee from Chicago wears the purple short tabi boots with jeans, with the jeans tucked into the boots. She looks really cool with little bit of a masuculin touch to bring the whole look together!

How you mix the tabi boots into your wardrobe is up to you!

２番目の写真のシカゴからいらっしゃったエイミー様はジーンズのすそを濃紫の自力マジック足袋に入れて履かれていました。ボーイッシュな感じがとてもかっこいいですね。

Black lace up tabi

Today's customer is Yama from Washington D.C. He was torn between the lace up tabis and the black sashiko tabis, but he chose this one because it looks more unique.

We are digging the simple colors of his outfit!

Flower and dots

Today's customer is Erina from Chico, CA. She snagged the tabi shoes with the baby blue
flower and dots pattern. I liked how she rolled up her jeans to show off the shoes more; what a great summer outfit!

DJ Bryna

Last Friday, I got to DJ at the Casanova Lounge in the Mission District. My fiance Joe and I started collecting records a few months ago, so DJing became a way to play all of the records we find.
先週の金曜日、ミッション地区のバーCasanova LoungeでDJをやりました！婚約者のジョーと私は数ヶ月前からレコードを集め始めたので、そのレコードコレクションを活用するいいチャンスです。


It got pretty crowded! People kept asking me and Joe to get them drinks. Sorry, not our job! I did have someone complement my Le Coq Sportif x SOU SOU shirt!
たくさんの人達が来てくれました！ジョーはバーテンダーに間違われて色んな人からドリンクを頼まれていました。
私たちはバーテンダーではないのですが。。この日着ていたLe Coq SportifとSOU・SOUのボーダーTシャツをお客さんにほめられました！



Not sure which record I was holding here. We played some 70's rock and then 80's hits. Earlier that day, I found a T.Rex EP at Amoeba with one of my all-time favorite songs, "Metal Guru". That's why DJing is so fun; you get to find great music and play it for everyone to hear.
この写真でどのレコードを持っていたか覚えていないのですが、７０”sのロックと８０”ヒットをかけました。
この日、アメーバレコードで私がずっと大好きな歌"Metal Guru"が入ったT REXのEPを見つけました。
好きな音楽を見つけたら他の人たちと共有できるのがDJをやっていて楽しいところだと思います。
